Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Most items are shipped directly from the warehouse/manufacturer.
Shipping Time
We usually takes about 1-5 business days to ship the order, Not include the weekends or holidays.

According to the ordered items and shipping destination, transportation companies include but are not limited to UPS, FedEx and USPS.
Estimated Delivery Time
Certain delays are unavoidable and beyond our control. We do not guarantee any specific shipping time. After the order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your email. And deliver the order to the customer's address within 5-20 working days.
Shipping Rate
Each order will be charged £5.99 for shipping costs. The whole price is products prices plus shipping costs.
Out of Stock
If your product is to be restocked or cannot be provided, we will cancel the pre-authorization fee and contact you via email to notify you. If your goods can be shipped immediately (within 5 working days, unless otherwise noted on the product page), we will process the fee and submit the shipment order.
Customs and Taxes
lunairoad is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
